This e-wallet allows customers to load funds and use them for purchases, making transactions faster and more convenient. Users can top up their Lazada Wallet through various methods, including over-the-counter payments at partnered stations, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms like GCash and Maya. Once funds are added, the wallet can be used for seamless checkouts, and customers may also receive exclusive rewards and rebates credited directly into their wallet balance. Additionally, Lazada Wallet supports features like LazPayLater, enabling users to shop now and pay later in installments. To activate the wallet, users need to verify their identity through the app, ensuring secure and personalized service. It's important to note that the wallet is subject to inactivity policies; if unused for 12 months, it may be deemed inactive, and an administrative charge could apply to the remaining balance

Terms and Conditions

  • The eGift can be used to top-up your Lazada Wallet balance. An activated Lazada Wallet account is required to redeem.
  • To use the eGift, the recipient must redeem through the link provided as part of the eGift details.
  • The eGift is for one-time use only.
  • Lazada accepts a maximum of One Hundred Thousand (P100,000) credits per account only.
  • The eGift may not be exchanged, refunded, or voided.
  • The eGift is subject to other terms and conditions of Lazada.

  • A transfer fee may be deducted to cover the costs associated to process the redemption to the Service Provider, the amounts and structure of which are subject to change without prior notice.
