Terms and Conditions

  • Each foodpanda eGift voucher has the corresponding discount value which shall be applied to the total food bill of the order in the foodpanda app.
  • The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the foodpanda eGift voucher.
  • The foodpanda eGift voucher must be redeemed within the validity period. Any expired vouchers will not be honored or replaced.
  • The foodpanda eGift is NOT valid for use on the delivery fee.
  • Only one foodpanda eGift voucher may be used per transaction.
  • The minimum order value must be equal to or greater than the voucher amount.
  • Valid for foodpanda booking in the Philippines only.
  • The foodpanda eGift voucher may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
